There are also speed and meter limits for these individuals. When applying for a boat license, you should also consider the boat limits applicable according to age.

- Another important requirement for an ADB is a medical report. If you have a road driver's license, it is known that a separate medical report is not required to operate a boat license.

Successfully completing the exam on the Ministry of Transport website is another requirement. To obtain an Amateur Seamanship Certificate (ADB), you need to log in through the e-government portal, enter "Amateur Seamanship Certificate," and complete the process through the redirected panel. Certificates are issued to those who successfully complete the training, exams, and payments.

- A minimum of primary school education is required. Those who have completed primary school externally can also apply for the certificate. You can apply for a boat license through the website “adbs.uab.gov.tr” or via e-government login. If there is a Ministry of Transport office nearby, you can also apply directly by going to the institution.
